Call for IBIS related patent disclosures: - None Call for opens: - Mike LaBonte asked to discuss the end-of-year meeting schedule. We decided to meet next week, but not after that until Jan 11. Review of previous meeting minutes: Minutes from the December 7, 2021 meeting were reviewed. Randy Wolff moved to accept the minutes. Bob Ross seconded the motion. Without objection, the minutes were approved. NEW ITEMS: IBISCHK710 development: Bob Ross said we were still waiting for a code drop. Randy Wolff asked what platforms we would release. Mike LaBonte said we would have Ubuntu and Windows right away. Bob said we could release what we had, and add others later. Randy asked if a new web page would be created. Mike said we would use the existing ibischk7 page. The 7.0.2 parser page contents would be moved to an "old_702" page linked at the bottom. Randy said the sidebar menus for the IBIS 7.0 and IBIS 7.1 WIP pages linked to ibischk6, not ibischk7. Mike said those were all copied from previous templates. A PHP page server would be more consistent. Randy would ask the webmaster to fix that. AR: Randy Wolff to ask webmaster to fix IBISCHK page links Randy showed the ibischk7 page. He noted the 2020 copyright date. Mike said that should change only if the text changes. Randy pointed out all the places on the page that would need to change. Mike said he would make the changes. AR: Mike LaBonte to prepare staged IBISCHK7 web page updates New parser bug reports: Bob Ross asked if the new bug report from Michael Mirmak should be posted as a new bug report. We agreed to post it. Bob said it was not clear if an IBIS change was needed to establish the root name requirement. Mike said a change proposed by Walter Katz was needed. It clarified that "the parameter tree" root name that the DLL should expect was "in the AMI file". Bob said that would not be addressed in the current release. Mike said the potential BIRD would be discussed in ATM meetings. Bob asked if the new check would be retroactive to earlier IBIS versions. Mike suggested discussing that when the bug was introduced in a Open Forum meeting. AR: Bob Ross to post new bug from Michael Mirmak IBIS quality checklist: Mike suggested deferring work on this until we had more bandwidth. Bob Ross said the IBIS Quality specification was written for IBIS 4.2. Mike suggested IBISCHK could be enhanced to produce a checklist file with some checks filled in automatically.
